Nicole’s yoga passion was ignited during a class when she realised she didn’t want to just participate in a class, she wanted to discover and share the mysteries behind why yoga makes people feel so incredibly good.

Nicole ensures her students feel comfortable and supported during their practice and encourages self inquiry allowing space to explore what feels good for them. Nicole’s mission is to make sure her students float out of her classes feeling energised, balanced, present and connected.
